Construction & Sales

Through our parent company and subsidiaries, we are currently engaged in the construction and reconstruction of three properties. Preparations are also underway for four additional projects, which are expected to begin realization within the next 2–3 years.

Rental

We focus exclusively on renting out residential and commercial spaces that we own. Most of these are small apartments located in Prague's Karlín, Old Town, and Břevnov districts.

We also offer rental opportunities in the Mladá Boleslav, Kutná Hora, and Beroun regions. 

Property management

We work closely with several homeowners' associations, providing complete property management services — including regular cleaning, building maintenance, repairs, and green area upkeep.

Real estate activities

Although this was originally the company's main line of business, over time we have become more actively involved in the market as both buyers and sellers, making full use of our extensive experience in this field.
However, we have not abandoned brokerage activities — we remain active and continue to provide these services, primarily for our existing clients and through referrals. 

Design & permitting activities

We offer land and property owners cooperation in obtaining building permits, including assistance in designing the future use of the property — from concept to the issuance of the final permit.
We also assist in selling projects with valid permits or participate directly in developments with subsequent unit sales. 

Investments

We are constantly seeking new opportunities, mainly in areas where we are already active — both for our own portfolio and for our investors.
We are happy to evaluate proposals and provide feedback, and we welcome cooperation with experienced professionals in the field. 

We value cooperation

Since the founding of our company, we have cooperated closely with the law firm AK Prosser, led by Mgr. Martin Prosser and his team, who have supported both us and our clients from the very beginning. 

From the company's establishment in 2012, we have also maintained long-term cooperation with the investment group Bozner s.r.o., led by Doron Friedman, general manager of the Kajetánka project, with whom we have successfully completed several developments.
Currently, under the name Lapid Czech Republic s.r.o., we continue to work together on multiple projects.

Since 2015, our company has also closely cooperated with Michael Šmíd, who, since 2019, has been a partner of Broadway Building s.r.o. alongside I&P Realis s.r.o.

Following the implementation of projects in Kutná Hora, we established a highly successful partnership with AK Růžička & Knopp. Given the company's growing activities in the Kutná Hora region, this cooperation continues to expand.

Our long-term partnership with architect MgA. Michal Tichý from Atelier 3P, established in 2020, continues to play a key role in shaping our new projects — from early design stages to expert consulting during construction.
