Construction & Sales

Through its parent company & subsidiaries, construction & renovation of three buildings is currently underway. Preparations are underway for four other projects, with implementation expected to take place over the next two to three years.

Rental

We deal exclusively with renting residential & non-residential properties that we own. These are mainly small apartments in Prague's Karlín, Old Town, & Břevnov districts. We also offer rentals in the Mladá Boleslav, Kutná Hora, & Beroun regions.

Property management

We work closely with several homeowners' associations, providing both management services & regular cleaning, building repairs, & landscaping maintenance.

Real estate activities

Although this activity was the company's original core business, over time the company has shifted to more active participation in the market as a buyer & seller, capitalizing on its experience in this field. However, the company has not abandoned its brokerage activities & continues to be active in providing these services, primarily to its existing clients & clients referred to it.

Design & permitting activities

We offer land & property owners cooperation in the permitting process, proposing future uses for the property up to the actual issuance of a building permit, selling the project with a permit, or participating in the project itself with subsequent sale by unit.

We invest

We are constantly looking for new opportunities for ourselves & our investors, mainly in locations where we already operate. We are happy to evaluate offers & provide feedback, & we are open to cooperation with experienced specialists in the field.

We value cooperation

Since the company was founded, the AK Prosser law firm has been led by Martin Prosser and his team, who have always stood behind our clients & ourselves. 

Since the company was founded in 2012, we have been cooperating with the investment group Bozner s.r.o., led by Kajetánka Doron Friedman as general manager of the project, with whom we have since completed several projects. Currently, as Lapid Czech Republic s.r.o., we are working on several projects.

Since 2015, the company has been working closely with Michael Šmíd, who, together with I&P realis s.r.o., has been a partner in Broadway Building s.r.o. since 2019. 

Since the implementation of the Kutná Hora projects, we have established a very successful partnership with AK Růžička & Knopp. Due to growing activities in the Kutná Hora region, this partnership continues to expand. 

Since 2020, we have been working with architect MgA. Michal Tichý from the 3P studio, who provides us with a solid foundation for creating new projects, both in terms of design & subsequent consulting during construction.
